Biography: Smart and bold when it comes to supporting his allies. Tikashi is Elysia's best logistics officer. His enemies often repeat the same mistake by allowing Tikashi to set up his supply lines. Before his enemies are aware, Tikashi will have locked down entire districts. He creates a network of supplies, information, and fire support positions. If you are his friend, you can always know there is help nearby.
